Sinton Instruments now offers a full calibration set for the BCT-400 and BLS-I bulk lifetime measurement tools. This calibration set can be used for an on-site customer calibration of both the conductance sensor and the illumination sensor (reference cell) of the Sinton Instruments BCT and BLS Photoconductance Lifetime Testers.
Until now, only one of these calibration components could be completed by end users requiring customers to send their tool back to Sinton Instruments to perform the other two calibrations. This often causes downtime in the use of the tool and unwanted shipping costs. To address this concern, a bulk conductivity calibration set and stable lifetime slug are now available.
